Package A is for immediate troubleshooting and repair. Package B is for saving family memories and clearing out old devices.
Both include: free 15-minute consultation (new clients). On-site support is provided as needed — if the issue can be resolved by phone or remotely, on-site is not required.
- Desktop & laptop troubleshooting (working or not)
- Slow performance, pop-ups, login/account issues, email issues
- Wi‑Fi/basic home office connectivity issues
- Plain-English recap: what happened + what we did
- Not supported: broken monitors/printers (we don’t repair them)
- Find and gather photos, videos, and important documents
- Combine files from multiple computers into one organized place
- Move your files to the medium you choose: USB, external drive, cloud, or disc (CD/DVD where applicable)
- Prepare devices for recycling/disposal as part of the package
- Optional secure wipe so personal data isn’t left behind
- Macs: accepted for recycling only (no Mac repairs at this time)
- Phones/handhelds: limited support, reviewed case-by-case

❓ What areas do you serve?
Clearwater area coverage includes: Belleair, Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor. If you’re nearby and not listed, reach out — we may still be able to help.
❓ What if I have more than one computer?
That’s very common. Many households and home-based businesses have multiple computers that need data moved or cleaned up. During the free 15-minute consultation, we’ll confirm how many devices are involved and whether everything can be handled during the same visit.
❓ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and cash. Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.
❓ How long do visits typically take?
Troubleshooting (Package A) is usually resolved within 60–90 minutes. Device Cleanup (Package B) is commonly completed in one visit (often 90–180 minutes depending on data size and number of devices).
❓ Is on-site service always required?
No. On‑site support is provided as needed. If the issue can be resolved over the phone or remotely, an on‑site visit is not required.
❓ What devices do you service?
We service desktop computers and laptops (working or broken). We do not repair broken monitors or printers. Macs are accepted for recycling only (no Mac troubleshooting/repairs at this time). Phones/handheld devices are limited and handled case-by-case.
❓ Do you offer recycling as a standalone service?
No. Recycling is tied to a purchased service package (A or B) and not offered as a standalone pickup. Network equipment (routers, switches, access points) can be recycled for an additional cost when paired with a package.
